We are an existing account with Prudential and worked with Ian to revamp a 23 year old system. He was very knowledgeable and helped with multiple iterations of questions and small mutations to the system.
System was installed today by two very professional and efficient individuals, Tony and Amber. Had to drive across the state in the snow to deploy our system. Didn’t complain when the cat felt the need to help them sort parts in the box, just said they wouldn’t pay him as an apprentice!
Work was done quickly and with a lot of interaction with us to ensure that things were very similar to the alarm system behavior that we were “used” to. Gave us a good overview of the system and it works as advertised.
Would recommend and use these guys again (come to think of it, we just did!)
