I first reached out to Prudential to see if they could help get an older system up and working in my house that I purchased 3 years ago and didn’t know who put the system in. I then called two other places and they weren’t as nice and the monthly monitoring was going to be more. Called Ian back and I couldn’t be happier. Ian found a day for me very quickly.
